Description (partial)

Symptom:
If you press the down arrow it will show the call history but empty.  Application phone button doesn't show call history

Conditions:
Occurs with phone registered to CME

8945 Call History blank
Hello,   I have a new install of a BE6000, with 8945 phones.  CUCM 10.5.1.10000-7, phones are running SIP8941_8945.9-4-1-8.  I built the config using Prime Colab Manager.  Everything is working nicely.     However one small problem, the phones Call History is blank.  I've placed outgoing calls, received calls, etc.  But Call History always shows (0).     Also I don't know if it's related, but my Directories list is blank.  No errors, but blank.  We don't use LDAP/AD, just the integrated CUCM users. ...
