Description (partial)

Process crash of mrib process on ASR9k platform while trying to register with the MGID Client library after RP Failover or multiple restarts of mrib process. Process restarts of other mgid clients like l2vpn_mgr is also seen with mgid client init failure errors.

After multiple process restarts of pim (which will result in multiple process restarts of mrib), mrib process will crash when trying to register with the MGID Client library. This could potentially result in minor traffic loss which will recover once the mrib process is respawned.
Similar behavior is also noticed after a RSP failover where other MGID Client processes (l2vpn_mgr, mrib6) might restart multiple times due to MGID Client lib init failures.
