Cisco Bug: CSCun97972 - Very long affinity periods may not be honored
Jun 20, 2016
- Cisco Network Registrar
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: After configuring the server to use affinity-periods, DHCPv6 leases are not being retained. Conditions: The affinity-period is configured to be very long (sufficiently long that the current time plus the affinity-period exceeds the signed 32-bit value). This causes the server to believe the affinity-period has expired and delete the lease earlier than it should.
