TTS is not working. Users are unable to play Exchange emails. Symptom: Test to Speech functionality for the email messages in user's Exchange mailbox is not working. CUC Versions: 10.5, 9.12.ES, 10.0ES Behavior: We have tried to play external message on phone but system is not able to play messages once we selected play option saying you have no new message to play. Users are not able to play Exchange Emails (TTS) via TUI 1. Create a user on exchange and associate the same with connection user by creating UMS service account on Cxn. 2. Send an email message from exchange to the user. 3. Try to listen to the message via TUI (press 7). 4. It will prompt that you have 1 new email message but do not play message subject and description (basically TTS is not functioning). Conditions: Applicable for Unified Messaging users.
