Description (partial)

Symptom:
Customer reported that port 22/1 on GGSN was not taking traffic. During troubleshooting it was found that Nexus had a memory leak issue on port 4/5. This caused it to stop sending LACP to GGSN. this in turn caused GGSN port 22/1 in operational down state. However after port on Nexus was brought back up GGSN port 22/1 should have recovered. It did not happen. A soft reset of the Line card 22 on GGSN resolved the issue.
