Description (partial)

When viewing the list of users on the User web page, the Status showing users as either "Active" or "Inactive" does not necessarily reflect the actual status of the user if LDAP authentication is enabled and CUCM Synchronization is disabled.

If a user is show as Inactive on the User page with the text "User has been disabled on LDAP", and then the user is added correctly into CUCM with the correct email address, the user may still be able to login and create meetings. Also if the user list is exported, this user has a "Y" in the "ACTIVE" field in the .csv file.

LDAP Authentication is enabled.
CUCM Synchronization is disabled.
User was added correctly into CUCM later.
