Description (partial)

Symptom:
ISRG2 GETVPN GM with ISM crypto module enabled cannot bypass GETVPN IPv6 Data Path encryption for TCP/BGP traffic, even though the GDOI Policy of its GDOI Group specifies that. Consequently BGP v6 neighborship remains down when the GM is registered.

Conditions:
GETVPN - IPv6 Data Path configured with IOS 15.2(4)M or 15.3(3)M on ISR G2 (1900,2900,3900) with
ISM Crypto Module.
