Last Modified

Jul 01, 2016

Products (1)

  • Cisco 5700 Series Wireless LAN Controllers

Known Affected Releases

10.1(110.0)

Description (partial)

Symptom:
The controller is sending an accounting stop after a successful MAB authentication if:
 - client associates and does MAB authentication
 - client associated again, before web auth is completed
 - after the second MAB authentication, the controller is sending an accounting stop and nothing more for this client/sessionid

This results in web authentication failure on ISE because the sessionid is no longer valid.

Conditions:
5760 running 3.3.1 with CWA configured.
