Description (partial)

Symptom:
EIGRP takes into account the factory bandwidth settings reported by the SVI rather than the actual bandwidth when calculating the wide metrics.

The SVI's factory settings for bandwidth is 1 Gig.

Conditions:
Using SVI with EIGRP with wide metric enabled.
