Symptom:
Addition of UDP,Gateway, RDP Profile file format doesnt give any result

Conditions:
from cucm go to bulk administration----->User Device Profiles------>UDP file format--->creat file format here add new file format giving all the detail, once you save it doesn't give message saying "add successfull" same is the case with update

Same issue for all 3 Pages.
