Description (partial)

Symptom:
On Nexus 3000 we might see high usage of system flash due to "hwclock" core files in "/var/sysmgr/work":

Nexus# show system internal flash 
Mount-on                  1K-blocks      Used   Available   Use%  Filesystem
/var/sysmgr                  921600    921600           0    100   none

This can generate error messages or ISSU will not proceed.

Conditions:
This issue might be seen after upgrade of the N3k device if time settings are corrupted during the upgrade:
