Symptom:
An MSE8000 supervisor's event log is full of messages that look like this

mutex 0x24CC008 (power_supply_mutex) locked for 1516462.917s by
/stripe/builduser/HXTLJSTS/dts_release_8_8/deep_thought/supervisor/dts_comms/power_supply_comms.cpp:154 

The supervisor should be rebooted to stop the mutex lock.
	
Conditions:
This could be caused by insecure power supply cables.
