Apr 19, 2019
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Cisco AS5400 Voice Gateway is sending the first RTP-NTE packet with wrong SSRC (Synchronization source identifier) value. The remaining RTP-NTE packets for the same Digit and following digits contain correct SSRC valuse. Hence the IVR system is detecting the first digit twice. Conditions: When RTP-NTE is the DTMF method configured. Some rare cases (especially if the DTMF digit is the first RTP packet that is sent out in case of MGCP).
