Symptom:
Upload happens in IE for invalid file

Conditions:

Select IE browser
Go to bulk administration- upload/download- add new - browse - select file-select the target-select the transaction type.

Before clicking save -go and delete the selected file from local system.

Then click save- upload happens successfully

In Chrome and Firefox, getting proper error message"Upload Failed. The file is either blank or does not exist.Please upload a valid file."
