Description (partial)

Symptom:In MDS switch, software upgrade/downgrade could fail due to the fec_enabled_ref_cnt counter erroneously showing non-zero value. This is a global variable which shows a numeric value that corresponds to the number of interface(s) for which the fec feature is being enabled.

Conditions:This issue will affect only customers who enable <i>forward error correction</i> (FEC) for interface(s).
