Symptom:
Summary:
Auto sign out during reconnect phone service
 
Step to reproduce:
1. User A log in edge +secure phone.
2. Switch the network after sign in.
3. The phone service didn't auto reconnect, so manual reconnect
4. jabber auto sign out.


expect result:
Won't auto sign out
actual result:
Auto sign out

Conditions:
Edge+Secure phone+CUp server
