Description (partial)

Symptom:
A UBR10k may experience a cpuhog message after running "clear ip mroute ..." which may be followed by any of the following symptoms:
1) PRE Crash and/or PRE Switchover
2) Cable modems going offline
3) Line card crash

Conditions:
This can occur when running  "clear ip mroute ..." when the clear command causes 1000 or more mroutes to be cleared.
