Description (partial)
Symptom: CTS point to point calls fail to establish Intermittently , and a "Call ended due to unsupported protocol configuration" error message is seen in the sysop logs. Conditions: In all occurrences, the CTS system involved has been using a 7975 IP Phone as the call control device.
