Description (partial)
Symptom: Cisco RFGW10 platforms connected to 2960 switch with redundant links from SUP slots ( Tengig interface 1/1 and Tengig interface 2/1 ) running management traffic SNMP or IGMP and when the redundant links are shut using Spanning tree protocol (STP). In very rare instances the blocked ports are sending SNMP and IGMP messages . And the 2960 switch is reporting MAC flaps. Conditions: Looks to be a transient issue , and exact conditions for this problem is unknown
