B440 M2 blade shuts down abruptly and does not power on 

You notice following logs in CIMC critical file

IPMI:1225: PowerOnFail.c:55:PowerOnFail_Read:PowerOnFail on for 10 Scan Cycles Turning Power Off

POWER OFF - Power On Failure Detected SWSTAT0[0x10] WKCFG0[0xD9]!

Observed with B440 M2 blade
