Description (partial)

Symptom:
TCL(v4)-------EX90(v4)
For initial call, TCL sends offer with audio, main video, secondary video, NO BFCP, application line with v4 address. All 4 m-lines gets negotiated for the initial call.
Now TCL sends offer with v6 with audio, main video, secondary video, BFCP, application line with v4 address. (Change in ip address mid call as well as escalated to BFCP)
Call is not escalated.

Mid-call re-invite with escalated lines as well as ip address change
