Symptom:
Details:
After user logs out of phone, CUCDM shows the transaction complete. But CUCM
shows that user still logged in. Here is the detail.

User/Customer complaints about the issue with EM after upgrading to ER6. They now see
following picture:

1) User logs in on phone to EM
2) After 5 or more days he logs out from phone and CUCDM shows that it was done
3) CUCM in turn shows that user still logged in

Steps to Reproduce:
1. User logs in on phone to EM
2. After 5 or more days he logs out from phone and VOSS shows that it was done

After user logs out of phone, CUCDM shows the transaction complete. But CUCM
shows that user still logged in. Here is the detail.
