Symptom:
Details:
The user's attempting to connect a Contact Centre Servie by running a
ConnectIPPBXContactCentre and the below error's returned

processing [9718] [F] [AXL:updateUserGroup: [-268] Unique constraint
(informix.mx_238_1686_1685) violated.

it seems the Voss is expecting a -239 error as its defined in the
/var/www/usm/perl/perllib/ipt_driver_CUCM.pm file

But a -268 errors returned and Voss is not configured to handle this specific
error

According to Cisco this error should be included as per the CSCue09155 document
