Cisco Bug: CSCun88041 - Issue while creating Credential Policy

Symptom: Creation of credential policy based on Default Credential Policy using same name results in a weird error scenario Conditions: 1)Login to CCMAdmin. 2)Access the path User Management->User Settings->Credential Policy. 3)Create a copy of Default Credential Policy by clicking on Copy image. 4)In Credential Policy Configuration page, use the same name "Default Credential Policy "as that of Original Default Credential Policy and click on save button without making any other changes. After Save operation is perfromed ..below mentioned warning message is displayed "Add failed. A Credential Policy already exists with the specified name. Please use a different name for this Credential Policy" which is desired. However the two fields namely "Failed Logon" and "Credential Expires After (days)" which are grayed out with populated values "0" respectively loose their values ..fields go blank in Grayed out state with checkbox No Limit for Failed Logons and Never Expires still checked in.. while adding a credential policy with unique name,the user has to uncheck Failed Logons and Never Expires check boxes enter value "0" to Credential Expires After (days) and Failed Logons to add a policy same as Default Credential Policy. The issue is these 2 fields should not loose their values when an attempt is made to add a policy with name same as Default Credential Policy and that the values should be held intact.
