Symptom: Attempting to establish connection to device without OnePK service Error message returned when connect to device without OnePK: 2014-03-17 09:55:23.775 MDT [10.x.x.x] WARN c.c.c.p.o.c.internal.ElementHandler - Failed to connect to 10.x.x.x: com.cisco.onep.core.exception.OnepTransportException: Error occurred in the operation. Failed to connect to the network element or the session is closed. Failed to connect to the network element or the session is closed. java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused Conditions: - XNC controller connecting to device without OnePK installed - Network path is good - Device is on and otherwise properly configured
