Description (partial)

A TelePresence Server may incorrectly respond to a hold message from CUCM and hang up the call.

This is in response to SDP from the CUCM with a global c= and a=inactive for each of the media lines. This normally occurs in the event of a security downgrade or in the event of an unsecure audio add-in from a CTS endpoint.
