Description (partial)

Symptom:
The configuration from the SSD has two call-control-profiles to which certain PLMNs from the IMSI, as well as all unrecognized PLMNs from the IMSI, are mapped via the subscriber-map and operator-policies.  The call-control-profiles in question are as follows:

  call-control-profile call-control-profile-restrict
    attach restrict access-type eps    emm-cause-code no-suitable-cell-in-tracking-area
  #exit
  call-control-profile call-control-profile-restrict-plmn
    attach restrict access-type eps    emm-cause-code plmn-not-allowed
  #exit

Conditions:
MME
Software Version: 14.0 (50176)
Any Attach Requests which are blocked by these attach restriction configurations are not being freed, resulting in a memory leak.
