Description (partial)

Windows native ZIP cannot read Linux ZIP files, such as the IPICS file found on the IPICS Administration Console (Server > Administration > Database Management > Log > Download)

If you try to open the ZIP file using Windows Explorer, you are prompted "Windows cannot complete the extraction" followed by "The Compressed (zipped) Folder 'C:\Users\xxxxx\Downloads\" is invalid.
