Description (partial)

Symptom:
vPC port-channels take a long time to come up/stabilize after the MCT peer-link is up when the access switch is reloaded in a 2-Layer vPC setup. The time can be on the order of 10 minutes depending on the scale of the configuration: number of vPC port-channels, number of mac addresses and vlans.

Conditions:
Reload access switch in 2-layer vPC setup when there are large number of downstream vPC port-channels (~10 or more) configured on it.
