Description (partial)

Symptom:
When Macro is configured on 3750 switch to detect Cisco Wireless Lightweight Access Points, CDP neighborship is initially seen from interface Gi0 of AP. After a few seconds, neighborship is seen from 2 interfaces of AP : Main interface and sub-interface ( Gi0 and Gi0.1)
After some time, CDP neighborship timesout for Gi0 interface of Access Point(leaving only Gi0.1), and Macro configuration for $LINKUP == "NO" event gets applied on switch interface even though it is physically up and connected to neighbor

Conditions:
Macro configuration for $LINKUP == "NO" event is applied only if LLDP is enabled on the switch interface connecting to Access Point
