Symptom: Facility loopback on DWDM trunk port for Txp-Mr-10E and MXp-Mr-10DME card may not work as expected after a cold reboot. Far-end DWDM trunk may observe OTUK-LOF. Conditions: 1. Have a two TXP-10E cards provisioned in two different nodes with their DWDM trunk ports connected back to back. 2. Apply facility loopback on DWDM trunk and make sure traffic is up. 3. Now re-seat card on which facility loopback is applied. 4. after card recovery, check the traffic , it might remains down with OTUK-LOF on other DWDM trunk.
