Description (partial)

Retrieving logs from the device may trigger among others one of the following symptoms:
- the graphical user interface is no longer accessible
- the device reboots
- logs emitted during the retrieval may be lost

Various conditions are required to trigger this behavior:
- the device is under severe memory load, e.g. by passing many EIT tables on I/O cards.
- the logs are retrieved with the "Include XML files" option
