Description (partial)

If switch network from wifi to 3g during url sign in process, users can sign in app. But the phone service can't get connected.

1. Fresh install app
2. In corporate wifi, launch app by tapping sign in url, e.g ciscojabber://provision?> tap next to dismiss welcome screen, go to signin screen
3. turn off wifi, enable 3g, enter credential>tap "signin"
4. app login successful, but phone service fail to connect, click "reconnect", still fail
5. signout then signin again, still fail

Expected Result:
phone service can connect

Actual Result:
phone service fail to connect
