Description (partial)

Symptom:
In some cases if any of the servers that are part of a server pool on central are removed on the ucsm for maintenance tasks and re-added back to the inventory after a while then UCS Central is unable to create the pool able object. 
If the server is associated to global service profile and any changes to the service profile will removes the association from the current server and try to pick a new server which will cause the server reboot.

Conditions:
