Cisco Bug: CSCun82797 - RTP downstream marked w/ UP0 after 7925/8861 roaming

Symptom: 8861/7925 roams during a call. After the roaming, it is found that the User Priority of the RTP downstream into the 8861/7925 is 0, instead of 6. We did many testings with various WLC versions, like 126.96.36.199, 188.8.131.52, 7.4.121,184.108.40.206,etc, and the issue can be reproduced, but if we reboot the WLCs, the issue sometimes cannot happen. We also checked WLC version 220.127.116.11, 18.104.22.168 and seems the issue is gone. We have not tried all the available WLC versions, but the results so far are really confusing, but for sure there must be some problem either in phone side, or WLC side. Conditions: After Wireless Endpoints like 7925, 8861, 9971 roam during a call. If the endpoint stays in the same Access Point after placing the call the packet markings will be proper and packets were put in Voice Queue. Packets will be placed in BE Queue if the client roams after initiating a call.
