Symptom:
When users are already in an existing conference call, and they make another call via URI dialing, the existing conference would auto end.

Conditions:
Step to reproduce:
1. Join conference call
2. Open search contact page
3. Search contact via URI, e.g "xxxx@cisco.com",>tap to call

Expect Result:
Existing conference call auto hold after place a call via URI

Actual Result:
Existing conference call auto ends
