Description (partial)

Symptom:
Authorization code pop not displayed asking FAC/CMC code.

Conditions:
1. Configure a route pattern and enable FAC
2. Register two Endpoints (A and B) with UCM.
3. Save Endpoint B's DN with route pattern in Endpoint A's contacts
4. Make a call from the saved contact from Endpoint A
