Description (partial)
Symptom: Upgrading fpga1 on AM0 and AM1 doesnt happen or fails. So,for example cli command <CmdBold>upgrade hw-module fpd all force loc 0/AM1/SP<noCmdBold> has the outcome as <CmdArg>FAILED to upgrade fpga for CRS-16-ALARM-B on location 0/AM1/SP from 6.04 to 6.05<noCmdArg> Conditions: 1) For example cli command <CmdBold>upgrade hw-module fpd all force loc 0/AM1/SP<noCmdBold> has the outcome as <CmdArg>FAILED to upgrade fpga for CRS-16-ALARM-B on location 0/AM1/SP from 6.04 to 6.05<noCmdArg> 2) auto fpd upgrade failure for AM card FPGA.
