Description (partial)

Symptom:
When Finesse user has wrong browser settings for Internet Explorer (meaning they didn't follow User Guide "Browser settings for Internet Explorer" section), or when Finesse user does not accept security certificates (meaning they didn't follow User Guide "Accept security certificates" section), Finesse will have the following possible UI issues without displaying any warnings or helpful error messages on UI:

-- Finesse agent or supervisor Login page could have problems like: Language selector shows up when it should be hidden; UCCE Finesse agent or supervisor desktop lose Mobile Agent login fields;
-- Finesse admin page (after login) may not be able to display any gadget content at all.

Conditions:
The problem would happen if  Finesse user has wrong browser settings for Internet Explorer (meaning they didn't follow User Guide "Browser settings for Internet Explorer" section), or when Finesse user does not accept security certificates (meaning they didn't follow User Guide "Accept security certificates" section).
