Description (partial)

Symptom:
If a UCSM user changes the QoS policy on a VNIC while a Netflow session with transmit monitoring is active on that VNIC, the VNIC will hang - no traffic will flow.   If Netflow is not actively in use or only receive monitoring is actrive, there is no issue.

Conditions:
This will only occur if a Netflow session is actively enabled on that VNIC with transmit monitoring.
