Description (partial)

Symptom:
MAC flaps seen in fabricpath network coming from same switch ID

 L2FM-4-L2FM_MAC_MOVE Mac XXXX.XXXX.XXXX in vlan XX has moved from  312.0.1 to  312.0.0

The switch ID is same - in the above message it is 312 and the LID flaps between 0 and 1

The MAC belongs to the switch itself - some interface VLAN

Conditions:
ERSPAN running on the device whose MAC is flapping
