Description (partial)

Symptom:
Router crashes when exceeding box memory limit with eight gig memory configuration under BGP scaling stress test.  After approx 2.1-2.2 million routes, the memory will be exhausted and warnings will be presented to the logs.  Note that the concern is with box crash and this is NOT a recommended nor supported configuration type.

Conditions:
Oversubscription of route processor memory with BGP stress scaling
