Description (partial)

Symptom:
When configured filtering SNMP polls with "version" keyword under "snmp-server" command it allows both v1 and v2c regardless of configuration.

TEST#1 w/ following config and snmp poll w/ v2 = success;
snmp-server host outside 10.147.25.160 poll community ***** version 1

TEST#2 w/ following config and snmp poll w/ 1 = success;
snmp-server host outside 10.147.25.160 poll community ***** version v2

Conditions:
Same behavior observed when tested with to following configuration:

snmp-server host outside 10.147.25.160 poll community ***** version 2c
snmp-server host outside 10.147.25.160 community ***** version 2c
