Description (partial)

When scheduling a conference through Conductor, PIN can be configured for the first chairperson only in Lecture mode under Conference Configuration>Conference templates>Conference type.
The desired functionality is to have a single conference chairperson who "opens" the bridge by dialing into the conference and entering a PIN. Once the leader dials in and opens the bridge the remaining users can dial in without the PIN.

The Advanced template parameters can be configured with PIN and guest PIN for conference type set as 'meeting' but this will require all the chairpersons to enter the PIN for getting into the conference.
The required enhancement is to have only the first chairperson enter PIN while rest of the chairpersons need not enter PIN. The normal 'meeting' mode should act as 'lecture' mode for PIN entry but should have all the participants as chair persons.
