Description (partial)

Symptom:
bouncing(sh/no sh) range of 1g ports,  any one of 1g link flaps twice randomly

Conditions:
Bouncing ("ie" sh/no sh) range of 1g (GLC-T) links; the total number of 1G links are more than 4. The setup reporting this issue had 16 1G ports configured.
