Symptom:
timestamp's date format is not equal to system data format

Conditions:
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to Android's system settings->Date&Time->Choose date format, select a date format

2. Open Call history

Expected Results:
in step 2,  Call record's detail page date should follow the system's format
