Description (partial)

Symptom:
When you configure "ip host HOSTNAME PORT x.x.x.x" on a router for using reverse ssh,
port lookup by using HOSTNAME does not correctly work.

In case of reverse telnet, it works fine.

Conditions:
-Initiate reverse ssh with HOSTNAME on a router.
-The issue found on ISRG2 with HWIC-16A.
-The issue happen with 15.3(3)M2 but not with 15.1(4)M4.
