Symptom:
When users attempts to put an ongoing on hold, app would becomes unresponsive. But this issue only happened once so far.

Conditions:
1. login jabber
2. make a call
3. hold this call
4. app becomes not responsive and native error shows for it

Expected result:
app should not become unresponsive
