Description (partial)

Symptom:
One or both supervisors in a Nexus 7000 chassis may reload unexpectedly. Reset reason is seen as 'monitor hap reset'.

`show system reset-reason`
----- reset reason for module 1 (from Supervisor in slot 1) ---
1) At 502544 usecs after Fri Mar 14 21:04:03 2014
    Reason: Reset triggered due to HA policy of Reset
    Service: monitor hap reset
    Version: 6.2(6a)
<omitted>
----- reset reason for module 2 (from Supervisor in slot 2) ---
1) At 824624 usecs after Fri Mar 14 21:13:35 2014
    Reason: Reset triggered due to HA policy of Reset
    Service: monitor hap reset
    Version: 6.2(6a)

Conditions:
SPAN must be configured on the switch, and must include FEX port-channel(s) as sources.
Crash is related to logical interface-up events on a FEX port-channel. Therefore, it may be observed if a FEX reloads, or if the FEX port-channel flaps.
It may not happen every time a FEX port-channel comes up.
