Description (partial)

Symptom:
When you are inserting and removing a compact flash card in a Sup2T and fail the daignostics test, you will not be able to access any part of your file systems for 10-40 minutes.

%DIAG-SP-3-TEST_FAIL: Module 2: TestCFRW{ID=41} has failed. Error code = 0x140 (DIAG_IFS_TIMEOUT_ERROR)

Conditions:
When you are quickly inserting and removing the compact flash and you end up failing the TestCFRW, your file system will freeze.
